Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on Saturday 7th March 2026.

  1. We at The Vale Practice will consistently work to make our site, The Vale Practice UK www.thevalepracticeuk.com, as accessible as we can to people with disabilities and chronic illnesses.

  2. Many of our highly skilled employees are disabled themselves or experience chronic illness. This makes us deliberately and intentionally empathetic with our approach to working with individuals who may have different levels of ability or support needs.

  3. We know that people with disabilities are more vulnerable to exploitation, and so we prioritise safeguarding training and understanding what can make a person vulnerable.

  4. This is why we aim to bridge the gap, providing the highest quality of care for people at a range of price points to serve our diverse communities.

Our Commitments to you when it comes to Accessibility

  • The Vale Practice UK holds diversity, inclusion, equality, and social justice as central to our values. To promote this, we keep our website and services as accessible as we can.

  • We aim for services accessible to all, regardless of ability to use technology, so all visitors are able to easily navigate, understand, and engage with content.

  • We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards, regularly reviewing and updating our site to improve accessibility, in line with emerging best practice. We are welcoming and inclusive to all clients.

  • Accessibility features such as clear headings and navigation are used. Images have alternative text descriptions. We employ high-contrast colour schemes for readability, as well as keyboard-friendly navigation, and responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop.

  • Accessibility is a consistent practice. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions, please let us know. We welcome your feedback.
