Benefits Support
Here at The Vale Practice, we know that life happens, and sometimes health issues or other circumstances mean we need support financially, especially to remain independent.
This is why we offer Benefits Support and Advocacy Packages. We provide support based on years of experience and a 100% success rate. All packages are £50-£300, except UC which is £10-£50.
Rates fluctuate dependent on your circumstances.

Personal Independence Payment Support Package
A benefit to support people with health conditions stay independent, based on their ability to complete daily tasks. Assistance making phone calls, completing forms, gathering and submitting evidence, understanding the assessment, attending the assessment, supporting with reconsideration and tribunal if needed.

Universal Credit with Limited Capability for Work Support Package
Income and health assessed benefits. Our support includes assistance making phone calls, completing forms, gathering and submitting evidence, making journal entries, requesting fit notes, understanding the assessment, attending the assessment, supporting with reconsideration if needed.

Employment Support Allowance Support Package
Contribution-based health related benefit. Assistance checking National Insurance Contributions, making phone calls, completing forms, gathering and submitting evidence, requesting fit notes, understanding the assessment, attending the assessment, supporting with reconsideration if needed.

Attendance Allowance
A benefit for those past 65 years old who need attendance to support their needs. Our support package includes assistance making phone calls, completing forms, gathering and submitting evidence, understanding the assessment, attending the assessment, supporting with reconsideration and tribunal if needed.

Adult Disability Payment
A benefit replacing Personal Independence Payment in Scotland. Our support includes assistance making phone calls, completing forms, gathering and submitting evidence, making journal entries, requesting fit notes, understanding the assessment, attending the assessment, supporting with reconsideration if needed.

Disability Living Allowance
A benefit for children under 16 who have disabilities and need support with their day to day functions and living in order to meet their needs. Our support includes phone call sipport, form completion, evidence gathering, assessment preparation, assessment attendance, and supporting with reconsideration or tribunal if required.
