If you are visiting our website for the first time, the amount of choice and range of services offered here could seem a little overwhelming. We consider ourselves to be a holistic therapy, welfare and education practice.
We offer six categories of services here at the Vale Practice. These are: psychological or talking therapies and counselling; organising and decluttering support; coaching; tutoring; benefits support and advocacy; alternative therapies and wellness.
We cover a multitude of services in order to meet what we see as an increasing demand in our local area for low cost mental health and wellbeing related support, as well as an increase in the number of people struggling with their health, struggling to manage their goals, struggling financially, struggling educationally, and struggling to feel good in themselves, and we have come together as a collective to try to meet these needs. Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds, such as secondary education, youth work, higher education, IT consultancy, and hospitality, and have subsequently decided to switch gears and start working with us as they become increasingly competent, certified, and qualified in various elements of mental health and wellness.
Because we help people to retrain, you may be asked if you would be happy to work with a student or trainee either for free or for a reduced cost. It is your right to consent or decline this.

Which is why we offer a range of services from home and domestic organising, to office or workplace organising, to decluttering, to hoarding support, to virtual organising and data management, to end of tenancy cleans and home moves (Plymouth and Bristol only).

We offer different kinds of coaching here at The Vale, including life coaching to help you find your authentic voice, work and career coaching to supportively and empathically help you meet your goals, relationship and intimacy coaching to support you being your best self with the ones you love, and couples or more relationship and intimacy coaching for when you feel you need support as a team.
